Public Housing

Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Public housing comes in all sizes and types, from scattered single-family houses to high rise apartments for elderly families.

The WMHA owns and manages 208 public housing units. We have units for families, individuals, senior citizens, and handicapped or disabled individuals.

Unit Locations:

• One Bedrooms- Metropolitan Village (Lebanon) and Brookview Apartments (Middletown)
• Two Bedrooms- Brookview Apartments (Middletown) and Franklin
• Three Bedrooms- South Lebanon, Lebanon, Franklin (few), and Brookview Apartments (Middletown) (few)
